GPA was established in October 1999 as a graduate Consulting, Recruitment and Program Management specialist. Since 1999 Graduate Programs Australia has positioned itself within the triage of industry, educational institutions and graduates.

This unique market positioning has seen the GPA business move beyond the traditional graduate program services (while still a key part of the business) to take a much more active role in providing a range of products and managed services aimed at the development of stronger relationships between education providers and industry / employers through e2e.net. www.e2e.net.au. 

With e2e.net having well developed networks in education and industry, and GPA having a 10 year background in providing tailored and client branded recruitment solutions to a diverse client base, new opportunities emerged for GPA to become more involved in supporting our industry partners to develop a range of recruitment services that deliver a viable commercial opportunity for our industry partners, while delivering significant benefit to their members.

Throughout the evolution of the GPA business over the past 10 years we have not lost sight of our core focus – to improve opportunities for graduates, graduate employers, and to build stronger relationships between education and training providers and industry / employers.
