Program Management
GPA worked in conjunction with internal stakeholders to conduct the initial cull of applicants for the Attorney-General's Department 2005 Graduate intake to ensure that the candidates selected for further consideration were most likely to contribute to the Department's goals. |

GPA worked closely with Nortel in developing their graduate assessment centres for 2004. The aim was to provide a best in class process for recruiting new graduate placements and to continue Nortel's investment in local young talent. GPA collaborated with Nortel to review assessment methodologies and identify the relevant competencies to be assessed. GPA designed the content of the assessment centres in terms of exercises and relevant tests, and trained Nortel staff to be assessment centre assessors. The process enabled Nortel to identify the highest calibre of graduates for their Australian business. |

e2e - Education to Employment Project
GPA delivered a series of IT specific e2e projects under the iSTAR Program at 13 locations across QLD to in excess of 5000 students per year between 2000 and 2004. The e2e projects resulted in detailed research reports on the employment prospects and jobseeking habits of IT students in QLD. |

GPA delivered a series of e2e workshops to ICT students from selected QLD universities on behalf of the ACS to support the professional development of ICT students in QLD. |
